"Burnin Love"

"Burn's" for short.

Burn was a dog that just made being a dog owner easy. She loved to go with us where ever we went and she did. She has been to Canada and Mexico and all in between. We took her to work and she behaved like she was'nt there, till lunch time. We could go on bike trips, take off on a ride, leave her in the vehichle with the door wide open and she would be right there when we came back. How about the time she got picked up by the doggie police because she was laying outside my truck waiting for me. She did'nt really bark, what a bonus that was. She loved to go on walks which we did most often. She was a lover and liked to cuddle in bed in the morning. She loved bike races and picnics too. How about the time at the Laramie Enduro and we had her leashed outside next to our camp and when I finished she was at the picnic showing me where the recovery food was. She had her friends she liked to greet at various places from the bike shop, to the bank, to the post office, to certain friends she just got so excited to see. She had lots of other doggie friends too.

We were very lucky to have a dog like Burns. She will be missed greatly and never forgotten.

B at the drive thru Burn's was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her stomach some 5 weeks ago at the age of 8. She passed away naturally in our arms Monday at noon.

We love you Burnin Love!

Rippin and Chillin We can now only hope "Rippin" and "Chillin" can follow suit.

She looks beautiful in the photos. I share a similar story. Missy was 15 when she passed away. I spread her ashes on the top of Carlton Peak, one of our favorite hikes up on the North Shore of Lake Superior.
